Rahat LLC acts as a service provider for managed hosting and does not control the client's independent privacy obligations.

4. Non-Payment and Data Deletion

If payment for managed WordPress website hosting or related services is not received when due, Rahat LLC may suspend hosting, restrict access, or stop providing support. If no payment is received within sixty (60) calendar days after the applicable due date, Rahat LLC may permanently delete, remove, archive, or dispose of hosted website content, files, databases, backups, media, and related hosting materials. Deleted information may not be recoverable.

Clients are responsible for maintaining independent copies of their website content, records, media, customer information, business data, and other materials they consider necessary or legally required to retain.

5. Sharing of Information

Rahat LLC may share information with service providers and vendors that help provide business, hosting, payment, analytics, infrastructure, security, communication, or technical services. Rahat LLC may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, court order, government request, contract enforcement, fraud prevention, security investigation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rahat LLC, clients, users, or others.

Rahat LLC does not sell personal information in the ordinary course of business.

6. Third-Party Services
